Child Safety Standards

This policy outlines the commitment of Generaid, created by Fathom Creative (the "Service Provider"), to maintaining a safe platform and protecting children from exploitation.

Prohibition of CSAE & CSAM

Generaid has a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

  • The creation, sharing, or solicitation of CSAM is strictly prohibited.
  • Any user found engaging in predatory behavior toward minors will be permanently banned.
  • We cooperate fully with law enforcement and report illegal activities to the relevant authorities, including NCMEC.

Age Requirement

Generaid is strictly for individuals 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly allow minors to use the platform. If we become aware that a user is under the age of 18, their account will be terminated immediately.

Reporting Mechanisms

The Application provides an in-app mechanism for users to report illegal or inappropriate content. To report a violation:

1. Navigate to the profile or content in question.
2. Select the "Report" option.
3. Select "Child Safety" or "Illegal Content" as the reason.

All reports are reviewed by our safety team within 24 hours.
