Generaid is a platform designed to connect individuals for task-based help and skill sharing. Generaid is not a dating or romantic service. Any use of the app for romantic solicitation or harassment is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
Generaid does not conduct criminal background checks or identity verification on its users. You are solely responsible for your interactions. We strongly recommend:
Generaid is not a payment processor. We do not handle, facilitate, or guarantee any transactions between users. All financial arrangements (cash, Venmo, etc.) are strictly between the users. Generaid is not liable for non-payment or disputes regarding the quality of work.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Generaid and its creators shall not be liable for any damages, physical injury, or financial loss arising from your use of the app or your interactions with other users. You use this service at your own risk.
You acknowledge that meeting individuals in person carries inherent risks, including physical harm or theft. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with such meetings.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Generaid and its operators from any claims, losses, or legal fees resulting from your violation of these terms or your actions while using the service.
We reserve the right to ban or suspend any account at our sole discretion, without notice, for behavior we deem harmful to the community.
