Common Questions

  • How do I report a problem with a user?You can report any issues directly through the user’s profile screen and selecting the button in the top right corner of the page.
  • How do I delete my account?You can delete your account at any time via the Profile Settings menu in the Generaid app or by contacting support. Navigate to your profile, click the gear icon, select profile and profile Information, finally click the trash can icon.
  • Is Generaid available in my city?We are currently running month long events city by city. Follow our social media accounts to see upcoming cities!
